Aldi joins list of stores, banning open-carry weapons

Another retailer in Missouri joins the list of stores asking customers to not openly carry guns inside.

The grocery store chain, Aldi, released a Tweet last night, saying it was joining the growing list of businesses adopting the policy that bans open-carry weapons, except for authorized law enforcement personnel.

It was last week when Walmart, Kroger, Walgreens, and Schnucks announced the policy.

Meanwhile, some other chains have stopped just short of an official ban, simply asking customers to refrain from open carry.  Those stores are Starbucks, Wendy's, and Target.
