An Arkansas man gets 10 years in a Missouri prison for possessing child pornography.
Warren Barlow III, 41, of Eureka Springs, was originally charged with enticement of a child for attempting to meet up with a 14-year-old Rolla girl who he’d met online. But in exchange for his plea, that charge was dropped.
Barlow pleaded guilty, late last week, to four counts of possession of child pornography. Each count came with a ten year sentence, but the court will allow him to serve all sentences concurrently.
Barlow was arrested in January 2019 after he drove to Rolla to meet the girl for a sexual encounter. What Barlow didn’t know was the girl was actually an undercover officer.
