A Camden County man accused of running a large marijuana-growth operation gets probation.
James Garr, 58, of Climax Springs, pleaded guilty this week to one count of manufacture of a controlled substance and one count of drug possession. Garr was sentenced to five years supervised probation on each count.
Garr was arrested in November of 2019 following an undercover drug investigation. At the time of his arrest, officers found more than 400 marijuana plants on Garr’s property, along with meth and drug paraphernalia.
