A truck driver is narrowly missed by a bullet while driving in Lake Ozark.
The Lake Expo reports the incident happened Thursday morning around 8 a.m. on Highway W. The man, who was driving a concrete truck, told his boss he heard glass breaking behind him. He said when he looked closer, he realized a bullet had struck his seat belt, although the man wasn’t injured.
Firearms season for deer is currently underway, lasting through next Tuesday. The man’s boss told the Expo that he wants to raise awareness among hunters that they need to be aware of their bullet’s path.
