Charges have been filed for a tornado-damaged home burglary in Jefferson City.
Tammy Patterson, 53, and Brian Hewitt, 55, both of Jefferson City, were charged with three separate counts of second-degree burglary.
The pair stole items, three times last week, from a home located on Heritage Highway that had been hit by the May 22nd tornado.
Some of the items that were stolen included a lawnmower and snow blower.
Patterson and Hewitt were both taken into custody this past Saturday.
Authorities did find all stolen items, except for a rifle.
