A Jefferson City man is facing a slew of charges after he’s arrested for two Cole County burglaries.

Jordan Willis, 24, is charged with two counts of stealing, two counts of burglary, possession of burglary tools, and tampering with another person’s property.

According to court records, it was Sunday when Willis allegedly broke into two apartment units in the 5200 block of South Brooks Drive, just west of the city.  He’s also accused of stripping all four wheels from one of the victim’s vehicles, and removing items from inside.

He was later found in a vacant apartment with some of the stolen items, as well as numerous prescription medications that weren’t prescribed to him.

Willis is being held with no bond because he’s been deemed a danger to the community.
