A Camden County man has to be rescued after he falls 150-feet down a steep hill.
It was Saturday afternoon when the man, who was trying to get down to a dock at Coffman Bend, fell and became wedged against some brush.
Rescue personnel used ropes to lower the man to a boat. He was eventually taken to a Columbia hospital where he's undergoing surgery today for a broken femur. His family reports he also suffered a concussion and fractured nose.
One firefighter at the scene had to be rope lifted from the scene after becoming overheated.
