The person, arrested Sunday with $300,000 worth of meth in Callaway County, is a woman from the Lake area.
Andrea Owens, 42, of Lake Ozark, was taken into custody Sunday morning, just north of Fulton. She was pulled over for a traffic violation along Highway 54. During the stop, a K9 uncovered 5 ½ pounds of meth, along with other controlled substances.
Owens is charged with drug trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and operating a vehicle without a valid license.
She’s being held without bond until her bond hearing Tuesday morning.
