Lebanon man questioned about 9 arson fires set in 2 days

UPDATE:  Arson charges have not been filed against Parsons.  However, at this time, he has been charged with drug possession.

Lebanon Police are questioning a man they believe set nine arson fires over the past two nights.

Kyle Parsons, 28, of Lebanon, has been identified as a person of interest.

The first call came in just after midnight yesterday morning.  The first round of fires destroyed one home and damaged three others.

The second round of fires started last night, lasting through this morning, involving five additional homes.  Most of the fires were set in homes that were vacant.

Police have released little information about Parsons but say he was seen in the neighborhood where most of the fires occurred.
