Man accused in decade-old child molestation case pleads guilty

Christopher Bullock

A Columbia man is headed to prison for a decade-old child abuse case.

Christopher Bullock, 48, pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of endangering a child.  He was sentenced to a total of 12 years on both counts.

Bullock was arrested in 2019, almost ten years after the abuse occurred.  The victim came forward then to report Bullock had molested her during the Summer of 2010 when she was eleven years old.

Bullock had originally been charged with child molestation and two counts of statutory sodomy.  At the time of his arrest, he initially denied the allegations, then later told police he’d been living with this secret for nine years.
