A Miller County man charged with contributing to unsafe conditions for his girlfriend's children gets off with no prison time.
Ronald Bowlin, 30, of Brumley, pled guilty today to one count of possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to five years supervised probation.
His girlfriend, Shaniya Birdtail, 24, previously pled guilty and will be sentenced in December.
It was in the Fall of 2017 when officers were called to the couple's home after Birdtail's naked toddler wandered into a neighbor's yard.
When police searched the home, they discovered the family had no running water nor electricity, the home was covered in filth, and the children's hair tested positive for meth.
