Fresh bullet holes lead Jefferson City Police to a wanted fugitive.

It was early Sunday morning when patrolling officers spotted a vehicle, linked to a wanted felon, in the parking lot of Days Inn on Jefferson Street.  Officers report the vehicle had what appeared to be fresh bullet holes.

During the course of the investigation, the female owner of the vehicle and the wanted felon were tracked down inside the hotel.  After extended negotiations, the male surrendered.
