Moberly man gets 4 years in child sex crimes case

Robert Whitezell

A Randolph County man accused of sex crimes against children is sentenced.

Robert Whitezell, 36, of Moberly, was sentenced last week to a total of four years in prison.

Whitezell was arrested last March after two children came forward, alleging he’d sexually abused them for two years.

Whitezell, a registered sex offender, was originally facing eight charges but pleaded down to two counts of sexual misconduct last November.
