Boone County prosecutors have now filed a charge in connection to the January death of a Mizzou student.
Carson Latimer, 19, was charged Monday with delivery of a controlled substance.
KOMU News reports the charge was filed after investigators determined that Latimer allegedly sold Percocet pills to Boston Perry, 19, one day before Perry was found dead in his dorm room Jan. 22.
A friend of Perry's told ABC 17 News that she saw him consume three of the pills.
KOMU reports when police searched Latimer's dorm room, they found marijuana along with a pill that matched the ones that caused Perry's death.
