An Oklahoma man drowns over the weekend in a southwest Missouri creek.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Leo Satepauhoodle, 33, of Tulsa walked out onto Swan Creek in Forsyth late Saturday night when the ice gave way and he fell into the water. Satepauhoodle was pronounced dead hours after the accident occurred.
His friend, Demarco McCoy, 30, also of Tulsa, fell through the ice as well. He was taken to a Springfield hospital with serious injuries.
