Numbers are beginning to roll in for storm damage amounts and insurance claims following this Spring's severe weather.
MO-Dot yesterday stated damage to roads and bridges has cost the state, so far, almost $30-million. And that's with only 83 sites assessed. One-hundred more still need assessment.
Meanwhile, the Missouri Department of Insurance reports tornado claims will reach at least $139-million. The vast majority of tornado claims are for residential properties, followed by damage to automobiles.
