Crawford County officials are trying to figure out if it was a tornado that struck the area on Saturday.
The storm struck in the Indian Hills Lake area of Cuba. Officials report at least one home had its roof blown off, trees were uprooted, and structural damage occurred to homes, docks, and outbuildings.
A video has surfaced, showing an apparent tornado touching down along the lake and Highway DD. But officials say they’re still working to confirm whether it was a tornado, downdraft, or microburst.
Damage assessment began Sunday. There have been no reports of injuries.
The local emergency management agency has been criticized for not activating the tornado siren during the storm. But officials say the rotation that was spotted was very weak.
