The National Weather Service has now confirmed two tornadoes touched down in Missouri this past weekend.
Officials confirm a weak tornado touched down in the early evening Saturday in the Indian Hills Lake area of Cuba. One home lost its roof, trees were uprooted, and structural damage was reported to homes, docks, and outbuildings.
A second tornado, an EF-1, has been confirmed about an hour south of St. Louis near the town of Park Hills. That tornado rapidly developed Saturday evening, causing sporadic tree damage and damage to two homes. KOLR reports one person was laying in bed when the entire side of his home was torn off.
No injuries were reported with either tornado.
